Refund Policy

Face yoga is personal. If your Glowyugplan isn’t the right fit, email us within your refund window and we’ll process a full refund — no questionnaire, no friction.

Money-back window

You can request a full refund by email within:

  • Starter (₹999) — 7 days from purchase
  • Core (₹2,499) — 7 days from purchase
  • Premium (₹4,999) — 14 days from purchase

In-window refund requests are approved by our support team within 1 working day. Once approved, Razorpay credits your original payment method within 5 working days. Most banks clear the credit within 24–48 hours of that.

How to request a refund

  1. Email support@glowyug.com from the address you used to sign up.
  2. Subject: “Refund request — <your order ID>”.
  3. Body: include your order ID (from your purchase receipt), the plan you bought, and a one-line reason.
  4. We reply within 1 working day with confirmation + the credit reference. The amount lands on your original payment method within 5 working days.

Your access to the program is revoked the moment we approve the refund — you don’t need to do anything to cancel.

GST handling

All Glowyug pricing is GST-inclusive at 18%. When we refund, we reverse both the principal and the GST component. You’ll receive a Credit Note via email mirroring your original tax invoice so your CA sees clean numbers at year-end.

Example for a Core (₹2,499) refund: ₹2,118.64 principal + ₹380.36 GST = ₹2,499.00 credited to your original payment method.

Out-of-window requests

If you’re past the refund window, you can still write to us. We review every late request individually and reply within 1 working day. We approve genuine cases — technical issues we couldn’t fix, medical reasons, or a clear mismatch between what you bought and what we delivered.

Partial refunds and tier downgrades

If only part of your plan didn’t work for you (for example, you bought Premium but Core would have been the right fit), we can issue a partial refund equal to the price difference and keep your access active on the lower tier. Email support@glowyug.com — we handle these by hand.

Free updates after refund

Once your refund is processed, your access to paid programs ends. The free Starter quiz, daily tips, and articles remain available forever — no account closure required.
