Terms of Use

These terms cover what you can expect from Glowyugand what we expect from you. We’ve kept it short and in plain English. If anything is unclear, write to support@glowyug.com.

1. Who we are

Glowyug(“we”, “us”) is a personalized face yoga app made in India. By using our website or app (“Service”), you (“User”, “you”) agree to these terms.

2. What you get

• A 3-minute personalized assessment quiz, free.
• If you purchase a plan: a guided face yoga program with daily workouts, tracked progress, and access to the program library for the duration of your plan.
• Access to articles, tips, and community resources we publish.

3. Your account

You sign in with a one-tap email magic link — no password. Keep your inbox secure. You’re responsible for activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must be 18 or older to purchase a paid plan. The free quiz and tips are usable at any age, but minors should use the Service with a parent or guardian.

4. Payments

All prices are in INR and inclusive of 18% GST. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see your card or UPI details. You pay once per plan — there are no auto-renewing subscriptions. Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.

5. Health disclaimer

Glowyugis a wellness product, not a medical service. Face yoga is gentle and low-impact, but if you have a recent facial injury, jaw condition (TMJ), Bell’s palsy, recent dermal procedure, or any condition you’re unsure about, talk to a qualified medical professional before starting. Stop any movement that causes pain.

Results vary. We make no guarantee of specific aesthetic outcomes. Most users see noticeable changes with consistent daily practice over 4–8 weeks.

6. Acceptable use

Don’t reverse-engineer the Service, share your account login commercially, scrape our content at scale, or use the Service to harass others. We may suspend access for clear abuse and explain why.

7. Content

Exercises, illustrations, voiceovers, articles, and the Glowyug name and logo are owned by us or our licensors. You may use the content through the app for your personal practice. You may not republish, re-record, or resell our content without written permission.

Anything you submit (quiz answers, photos, journal entries, feedback) stays yours. You grant us a limited licence to use it to deliver your personalized plan and improve the Service.

8. Account closure

You can delete your account from Account → Delete account. We remove your personal data within 30 days, retaining only what we legally need to keep (e.g. tax records). Anonymized usage data may remain.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by Indian law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is capped at the amount you’ve paid us in the previous 12 months. We aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. If a change materially affects you, we’ll notify you by email at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date counts as acceptance.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be resolved by the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
