How do I get a refund?

Email support@glowyug.com with your order ID and a one-line reason. In-window requests are approved within 1 working day, and Razorpay credits your original payment method within 5 working days. See Refund Policy for details.

When will I see results?

Most users feel a difference within 2–3 weeks of daily 5–10 minute practice. Visible changes typically show up between weeks 4 and 8, depending on consistency, age, and which focus areas you’re working on. The Premium 365-day plan is built around the longer arc.

Can I switch plans after I’ve purchased?

Yes. Email us within your refund window and we’ll either issue a partial refund equal to the price difference (downgrade) or charge the difference (upgrade). Your progress carries over.

Is face yoga safe if I have TMJ / Botox / a recent procedure?

Most exercises are safe and gentle, but if you have a jaw condition (TMJ), have had a recent dermal procedure, or any concern at all, please consult your doctor before starting. Stop any movement that causes pain. Glowyug is wellness, not medical advice.

How do I delete my account and data?

From the app: Account → Delete account. Your personal data is removed within 30 days. See Privacy Policy for what we retain (only what law requires).

For DPDP-related rights requests (access, correction, erasure, withdrawal of consent), write to our Grievance Officer at grievance@glowyug.com. We respond within 30 days as required by law — typically within 7.
